Tropical Bossa Ensemble
José Côrte-Real was contacted in 2016 by Ovação Records about a possible edition of a Bossa Nova album, the company asked to not to use his name and the "Tropical Bossa Ensemble" project was created for this purpose.
The 1st album was titled "Boss(a)" and Ovação Records decided not to publish it in physical format.

The next albuns where released by RealDigital Records on streaming channels.

The project already has 4 albums recorded, the style is BossaNova with influences from A.Jobim and J.Gilberto, but with some jazz in the mix, also taking inspiration from groups like Spyro Gyra in the Latin-inspired Jazz/Funk area.
