After 4 years living in Sweden our CEO participated in  courses related to sound, music and composition, deciding to accept a proposal of the EMI/VC Record Company and return to Portugal as Promotion Director despite his goals to enter in the production field and in the artists and repertoire department.
After six months at EMIVC staff were invited to join Namouche Estúdios and create a recording company.
The label, despite having released a single, without great success, ended up closing and therefore the
José Côrte-Real moved as part of production/direction team at the Rádio Renascença group,
when RFM channel has just opened.
A few years passed and, as a joke for António Sala's "Despertar" program,  created the character "Sven Svensson", a crazy
Swedish tourist, a traveler around the planet and who discovered the most amazing music.
In one of the "Despertar ao Vivo" live shows at the Pavilhão Carlos Lopes to do Sven's then-habitual rhyme
Svensson, an original was recorded at Luís Filipe's recording studio (tape lost and never recovered) and then
with the help of João Pedro Mendonça, a colleague from the Sports department, the first commercial single was created
by Sven Svensson's:

"No te quiero (Mas qué Loca) Versão Nº 4.737" influenced one of those songs that he brought to "Despertar".
Recorded at Angel Studio with a Sax solo by Renato Junior, the album was released as Maxi and as a single on Polygram
was on the RFM Top 20.
Months later "Sven Svensson" was invited to program the drums for the group "Os Silvas" another edition of Polygram, on a Malhão (traditional portugueses song) cover.
Sven Svensson was back to studio in 2019 to record a cover of Woman To Woman by Joe Cocker accompanied by the Virtual singer Katarina Berg.
In 2020, Real Digital managed to recover the recording "Agardecimentos Especiais (Special Thanks)" recorded at the time of "No te quiero" and launched it on streaming channels. Plans for the future? God only knows.
