ADAM ASTOR
No Portuguese record company can devalue Fado style and its dynamics instilled by the Portuguese guitar.
We created Adam Astor, to give life to a Fado Guitarist, but we added the Jazz influences of Swing, as Amália did in the past.
The first debut album "Lisbon/New York Flight" had covers of songs by Frank Sinatra, of which the single "Something Stupid" stands out.
He collaborated on the New Swing Orchestra's album "Amália" and also on Tim Brazil's album "Save the Blue Planet" on the song "Baía de Sesimbra". He also released the single "Cool Town" remaining faithful to the Swing, big band style.
